Hor Fun

Wok Hei Hor Fun dishes out a small selection of hor fun. Seen above is their assorted hor fun which comes with a bit of everything and their beef hor fun.

The hor fun is wok fried in a batch before splitting up into smaller portions. It is a bit lumpy with nice wok hei flavours in some parts. As for the hor fun gravy, it is made to order with slivers of eggs, some vegetables and the slices of meats according to your order. The sauce has rather nice flavours.

The assorted hor fun comes with sliced fish, sliced pork and prawns, and the beef hor fun comes with slices of beef. The sliced fish is soft and smooth and the pork is soft and tender. Prawns are rather decent too. As for the beef, it is tender and soft. All are of them are nice. You can also request for crispy pork lard to be added to your hor fun.

The hor fun is rather nice and enjoyable. I like it.

Har Cheong Gai

The har cheong gai has a lightly floured skin that is crispy. Its meat is moist and flavourful. This prawn paste chicken is nice to snack on. I like it.
