XO Sauce Fried Rice

This fried rice has xo sauce added, giving it a dark hue and mild spicy flavours. The rice is wok fried with cubes of chicken meat, egg, chopped spring onions and xo sauce added, and topped with some ikan bilis. The chicken meat is soft and meaty, and the ikan bilis is savoury tasting and fairly crispy. This is quite a decent plate of fried rice.

Sweet Sour Pork Rice

This plate of sweet sour pork rice has a piece of fried egg added as an extra. The sweet sour pork is fairly crispy and meaty. Nice sweet sour sauce flavourings with a tint of sweetness. Contains bits of cucumbers and tomatoes, The sweet sour pork comes served with a firm textured plain white rice on the side. This one is decent too.

Sheng Mian

This sheng mian uses egg noodles that is deep fried until a golden crisp. A nicely flavoured starchy sauce is then added with prawns and slices of fish and pork, as well as some vegetables. The prawns and fish tastes quite fresh and the pork is soft and tender. The noodle is nice, crispy and flavourful. I like it.

Fried Yee Mee

This fried yee mee contains prawns, pieces of fish and pork, and some cabbage, fried with yee mee and a sauce. The fish and prawns are rather smooth and fresh, and the pork is soft. The yee mee is springy with decent flavours.

Dry Fried Beef Hor Fun

This hor fun is wok fried with beef slices, some bean sprouts and vegetables, and egg. It is served topped with some sesame seeds. Its flavours are nice and the slices of beef is soft and tender. This is likeable.
