Fried Hokkien Mee

Old Airport Road Authentic Hokkien Fried Mee does a fairly wet type of fried hokkien mee containing prawns, sotong, pork and abalone slices.

The fried yellow noodles and mee hoon mixture is wok fried with egg with a very nicely flavoured broth, giving the mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon very nice flavourings of prawns. There are more mee hoon than yellow noodles. The prawns are of decent size, and the slices of sotong are soft. The abalone is firm with a nice tint of sweetness, and the bits of pork is meaty. It is served with a piece of green lime on the side and a dollop of spicy and limey flavoured chilli sauce.

This fried hokkien mee is tasty! I like it.
