Prawn Mee

Yong Seng Heng Prawn Noodles does prawn mee with the usual selection of noodles in either soup or dry version. Seen above is their dry version of prawn mee with yellow noodles. It comes with prawns, pork slices and braised mushroom slices.

The prawns are deshelled and are quite decent. The pork is meaty, and the mushroom is soft with nice braised flavours. The tossed noodles has a nice savoury seasoning flavours, and comes with some bean sprouts and vegetables. The noodles are topped with some fried shallots. The star here is the prawn soup. The soup is very flavourful and tasty, with nice distinctive flavours of prawns.

This prawn mee is definitely a a good one. I like it!
