Prawn Mee

Don Don Prawn Noodles does prawn mee in either dry or soup versions with regular choice of noodles. Seen above is their dry version with yellow noodles.

The yellow noodles are tossed in a housemade chilli sauce with some bean sprouts and vegetables added. Slices of prawns, fish cake and pork are added to it.

The prawns are of decent size and tastes decent. The pork is soft and meaty, and the fish cake is is firm and springy. As for the tossed noodles, it has nice seasoning flavours with bits of crispy pork lard and fried shallots. Comes served with a bowl of flavourful prawn soup on the side.

This prawn mee is definitely a good one. I like it!
