Fried Hokkien Mee

Wu Ba Ye Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee does the wet type of fried hokkien mee. This fried hokkien mee uses a mixture of yellow noodles and thick mee hoon wok fried with eggs. and some bean sprouts A broth is added to it with prawns, sotong, pork belly and clams.

The mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon is springy, and soaking in a nice tasting broth with a light note of prawn flavourings. The pork belly is soft and meaty with some fatty bits. The sotong is soft, and both the prawns and clams are decent. A dollop of dried shrimp flavour chilli paste is served on the side.

This plate of fried hokkien mee is nice! I like it.
