Fried Carrot Cake

This fried carrot cake uses long radish cubes containing tiny slivers of carrot. These are pan fried with eggs and chye poh. The chye poh gives this fried carrot cake a nice savoury taste.

The white version of fried carrot cake is done flat pancake style with a slight crisp. The black version is slightly crispy as well. It has sweet black sauce added giving it a slightly sweet taste. Both are nice! Thumbs up!

Fried Kway Teow

There are 2 types of fried kway teow served here, the regular type with see hum and a seafood version. Above is the seafood version of fried kway teow which comes with sotong, prawns and fish cake slices.

The sotong is soft, the prawn is decent sized and tastes decent, and the fish cake is soft and smooth. The mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles is wok fried with egg and some bean sprouts. It is firm and springy with a nice sweet tint. Very likeable.

Fried Oyster Omelette

This fried oyster omelette has a nice crispy eggs and starch mixture with nice flavourings. The starchy bits are crispy and still a little chewy. Some decent sized oysters are added. The oysters are plump and juicy. Comes with a limey chilli dip with a mild tone of sweet. This fried oyster omelette is good!
