Fried Kway Teow

91 Fried Kway Teow Mee serves fried kway teow with see hum, prawns, lots of green vegetables and topped with ikan bilis.

This plate of fried kway teow is wok fried with a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles with bean sprouts and egg. It is moist and has a sweet taste coming from the added sweet sauce. Nice smokey flavours of wok hei too.

The fried kway teow contains decently fresh tasting see hum and prawns. Lots of crunchy moist green leafy vegetables are stacked on top and topped with crispy and savoury tasting ikan bilis. Worth noting is, the vegetables are boiled instead of fried.

This plate of fried kway teow is tasty and definitely a good one. Thumbs up!
