Fried Hokkien Mee

Huat Heng Fried Hokkien Noodle dishes out the wet type of fried hokkien mee with slices of prawns, sotong and bits of pork meat. This fried hokkien mee uses a mixture of yellow noodles and thick mee hoon, wok fried with egg, bean sprouts and broth added. This results in a plate of fried hokkien mee with a wet texture.

The prawns are sliced into halves and is rather decent. The sotong is fairly soft and the bits of pork is meaty. The fried noodles is springy and tastes decent. Served on the sides are: a piece of green lime, a very spicy and limey chilli sauce and crispy pork lard.

This plate of fried hokkien mee is a fairly decent one.
