Signature Kolo Mee

The signature kolo mee comes with a bit of everything. It comes with prawns, fish cake, char siew, fried wanton, mushrooms, minced meat and braised pork.

The braised pork is soft and very flavourful, and the minced meat is soft and meaty with nice savoury tastes. The char siew is soft and meaty, and the fish cake is soft and smooth. The slices of mushroom are soft and very flavourful. The fried wanton is rather large in size with a crispy skin and soft savoury fish meat filling. As for the prawns, decent sized and tastes fresh.

The tossed noodles is tossed with crispy pork lard and comes with a piece of lettuce. The noodles is firm and springy. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added to it. The noodles comes with a bowl of very nice flavoured prawn soup.

This serving of signature kolo mee is wonderfully delicious. Highly recommended!

Chicken Cutlet Kolo Mee

The chicken cutlet kolo mee comes with slices of fried chicken cutlet and fried wanton. The fried chicken cutlet is crispy outside with soft and moist meat inside. The fried wanton is rather large sized with crispy skin and soft savoury fish filling inside. Comes served with a flavourful tossed kolo mee that is firm and springy. Likeable.

Nyonya Laksa

This bowl of nyonya laksa comes with slices of fish cake, half a boiled egg, tau pok, prawns and crispy fried wanton skin. Thick mee hoon is chosen for this. The mee hoon comes with some bean sprouts and shredded cucumber. A dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added to the side.

The laksa gravy is not spicy at all. It is very flavourful with nice flavours of dried shrimps. The tau pok is soft and soaks up the tasty flavours of the laksa gravy. The prawns are of decent size and tastes fresh, and the fish cake is soft and smooth. The crispy fried wanton skin goes really well with the laksa too.

This is bowl of nyonya laksa is absolutely tasty too. Highly recommended as well.
