Beef Noodles

Joo Chiat Beef King does beef noodles with a selection of noodles in either soup or dry. Above is their soup version with kway teow chosen. It comes with chunks of beef meat. The beef balls are an extra add-on.

The beef meat is tender and meaty, and the beef ball is moist, meaty and fairly springy. Both tastes decent. The kway teow is fairly smooth and comes with some bean sprouts. The beef soup tastes decent as well. Comes with an optional limey tasting chilli dip on the side.

All in all, this bowl of beef kway teow soup is decent.
