Mee Goreng

The mee goreng is wok fried with egg, some bean sprouts, chopped vegetables, chopped green chilli and some meaty mutton bits. The fried yellow noodles is firm and springy with a nice dry texture and mild spiciness. An extra fried egg is added to the plate of mee goreng above, and some cucumber slices and ketchup is provided on the side. Not bad.

Mee Hoon Goreng Ikan Bilis

The mee hoon goreng is available with ikan bilis as an option. The fried mee hoon has a nice dry texture, savoury flavours and a mild note of wok hei. It is wok fried with egg, some vegetables, chopped green chilli, potato and ikan bilis. Some cucumber slices and ketchep is provided on the side. The ikan bilis is a bit soft though, but this mee hoon goreng is still quite likeable.

Roti Prata

The roti prata uses a dough that has a firm and chewy texture, and is pan fried to a nice crisp. The egg prata has a soft layer of egg filling sandwiched in between its chewy dough. Comes served with a lightly spicy and savoury tasting mutton curry on the side. This roti prata tastes rather likeable.

Roti John

The roti john uses a baguette that is pan fried with a slightly spicy tasting omelette containing some mutton and onion bits sandwiched in between. The bread is firm and chewy and has a nice pan fried crisp. A mildly sweet chilli dip is provided on the side. Quite decent.
