Fried Oyster Omelette

This fried oyster omelette smells really good. Its egg and flour mixture has a nice soft and chewy texture with a light crisp. The crispy parts are really good. It comes with a chilli sauce on the side for dipping the oysters and fried eggs into, and compliments the oyster omelette very nicely. Smells good, tastes nice too.

Chee Cheong Fun

This chee cheong fun is not the usual round thick type of chee cheong fun that is normally found in Singapore. Instead it is a flat type of chee cheong fun. This chee cheong fun is velvety smooth. Its sweet sauce and chilli are not overpowering and pairs really well. It is nice, I like it.

Yam Cake

This steamed yam cake is nice too, with a soft texture. The block of yam cake is cut into small bite size cubes with sweet sauce and chilli added. Pretty good.

Chwee Kueh

The chwee kueh has a rather firm rice cake topped with sweet tasting chye poh instead of the usual savoury ones. However I find both the rice cake and chye poh kind of dry. A bit more oil will be way better. This chwee kueh is kind of disappointing.
