Pork & Chicken Satay

Chai Ho Satay does pork and chicken satay that are absolutely delicious. These are nicely grilled with some light charring and yet the meat remains moist and tender, which is really good.

Both the pork and chicken satay are juicy and tender and has nice flavours. The pork satay even comes with a small piece of fatty pork in between the regular meat. The satay comes with a bowl of satay sauce for dipping your satay into on the side. This peanut sauce has a very nice nutty taste and doesn’t taste spicy at all.

This is definitely one of the best satay in Singapore. The snaking queue of customers in front of the stall probably agrees with me on this. If you don’t mind the long queue and wait, this is highly recommended.
