101 Fried Carrot Cake Fried Oyster

used to sell just fried carrot cake. Now with fried oyster omelette added. Decent.

Fried Carrot Cake

101 Fried Carrot Cake Fried Oyster does fried carrot cake in the usual black and white options. This fried carrot cake uses small longish and soft radish cake cubes that are pan fried with eggs and chye poh.

The white version is pan fried with an egg coating like a pancake and its egg coating is slightly crispy. The black version has sweet black sauce added, giving it a nice sweet taste. Not exactly crispy, but still decent. Both versions has nice flavours of chye poh and quite likeable.

Fried Oyster Omelette

Besides fried carrot cake, fried oyster omelette is also available. It is a later addition to the menu. This plate of fried oyster omelette has decent sized and fairly juicy oysters. Its fried egg and starch mixture is fairly crispy with slightly chewy starchy parts. Tastes rather decent too. Comes served with a limey chilli sauce dip on the side that goes rather well with the oysters. Quite likeable.
