Fried Carrot Cake

This fried carrot cake comes in the usual black or white varieties. The portions are good with some crispy parts and nice flavourings too. The radish cake is pan fried in cubes, styled more for the black type of fried carrot cake.

The black version has sweet black sauce added and tastes sweet. The white ones are fried in the same way as the black ones in cube form instead of flat pancake style, just without sweet sauce added. Both are good, it is just a matter of liking it sweet or savoury. Thumbs up.
