Fried Carrot Cake

724 AMK Carrot Cake does fried carrot cake in the usual black and white versions, and you can choose to have yuan yang which comes with both versions.

This fried carrot cake is pan fried using small radish cake cubes with a fairly firm texture, with eggs and chye poh added. Very slight pockets of crispiness but are mostly soft, and flavours are decent. The black version has sweet black sauce added, giving it a mild note of sweetness.

This fried carrot cake is a rather decent one.
