KL Hokkien Mee

ABC Famous KL Hokkien Mee does KL style Hokkien mee that uses a dark soya sauce. Available in noodles, mee hoon or ying yang. Shown here is their ying yang version which is a mixture of both noodles and mee hoon.

This Hokkien mee comes with slices of pork, sotong, prawns and crispy lard fried in a mixture of noodles and mee hoon with dark soya sauce. The noodles used here are more like udon than yellow noodles and tastes just average. Comes with a limey tasting chilli sauce on the side, which actually mixes well with the noodles. This plate of Hokkien mee actually tastes better when eaten with the chilli and lard pieces. It is a decently average tasting plate of KL Hokkien mee.
