Prawn Mee

Adam Rd Noo Cheng Big Prawn Noodle serves different variations of prawn mee. Seen here is their dry version of prawn mee with pork belly.

It comes with a serving of soup containing prawns and pork belly slices. The prawns are fairly large size and tastes rather fresh. The pork belly is soft and meaty with some fatty parts, and tastes nice. As for the soup, it is very flavourful and tastes absolutely lovely!

The dry version comes with a bowl of tossed yellow noodles. The noodles are springy with nice seasoning flavours. Comes with some vegetables and topped with crispy fried shallots.

This serving of prawn and pork belly noodles is definitely a tasty one. Very likeable. Recommended.
