Fuzhou Fishball Noodles.

The fuzhou fishball noodles comes with a bowl of lightly flavoured soup containing fuzhou fishballs, fish cake, fish dumpling, lettuce and topped with some chopped spring onions. A side of noodles accompanies the soup.

The fuzhou fishball is springy with a soft, meaty and flavourful meat filling. The fish cake is soft and smooth, and the fish dumpling has a rather smooth and chewy skin with a flavourful filling.

The mee pok is tossed in a vinegar and chilli seasoning, and topped with braised mushroom slices, some chopped spring onions and pork lard. The mee pok is firm and springy with decent flavours, and the braised mushroom is soft and bursting with flavourful braised flavours.

This serving of fuzhou fishball mee pok tastes not bad.
