Fried Fish Dumpling Seafood Hor Fun

This plate of fried fish dumpling seafood hor fun comes with fried fish dumplings, a prawn, some bits of crab sticks, cuttlefish, and mushrooms, served with some vegetables on smooth hor fun and a savoury sauce.

First, the hor fun. It is smooth and nicely flavoured, and its sauce is a little starchy and savoury tasting. Nice. Next, the fried fish dumplings. The fried fish dumpling has a nice crispy skin wrapping a savoury tasting fish filling that contains some water chestnut bits. It is nice too.

For the cuttlefish, it is decently soft. Likewise for the braised mushroom, it is soft and has nice braised flavours. The prawn is fairly fresh and the crab stick bits are like the regular ones from supermarket.

This plate of ipoh hor fun is rather enjoyable. Thumbs up.
