Rojak

Ang Mo Kio Shun Li Rojak serves hearty portions of fruit rojak, featuring a delightful mix of apple, pineapple, pear, cucumber and mango, together with pieces of you tiao and tau pok. These are tossed in a rojak sauce complete with bean sprouts, vegetables, chopped green chilli and grated peanuts.

The cucumber slices are crunchy and juicy, while both the apple and pear pieces are crunchy and juicy with a touch of sweetness. The pineapple is juicy and sweet, and the the mango slices are quite sweet too. The pieces of you tiao and tau pok are both crispy. These are all tossed in a rojak sauce that is watery with plentiful grated peanuts added. The rojak sauce is sweet with a hint of limey undertones.

This rojak is nice! I like it.
