The fish slices are soft, smooth and fresh. The soup is very nicely flavoured, and includes some vegetables and bitter gourd slices. The mee sua has a very soft texture and it complements the sliced fish really well. The soup is topped with some chopped spring onions and fried shallots. A side of soya sauce with cut chilli is provided on the side for added flavours.

I truly enjoyed this bowl of sliced fish soup, it is good!
