Signature Noodles

The signature noodles comes with a bowl of soup containing pork liver slices, pork slices, minced pork, fried fishball, meatball, dumpling and a raw egg. A bowl of mee kia is served on the side.

The pork slices are soft and meaty, and the minced pork is soft, meaty and flavourful. The pork liver slices are soft and have a gamey flavour. The fried fishball is soft and smooth with a pleasant fish flavour. The meatball is firm and has a nice meaty taste. The dumpling has soft skin wrapping a soft meaty filling. The raw egg has soft yolk and whites. The soup contains some goji berries and is extremely flavourful. It is tasty!

The serving of tossed mee kia is firm and springy, and has nice seasoning flavours. I like this serving of signature noodles.

Double Fish Soup

The double fish soup comes with both sliced fish and fried fish served in a bowl of soup with plentiful of vegetables.

The sliced fish is soft and smooth with a subtle savoury taste. The fried fish is soft and savoury with a slightly crispy fried crust. The soup is very flavourful and tasty! The mee pok, served on the side, is smooth and springy with nice seasoning flavours. In my opinion, it is a better option than their mee kia.

I like this double fish soup mee pok too.
