Fried Oyster Omelette.

The fried oyster omelette has a flavourful egg and starch mixture, with a pleasant combination of crispy and soft chewy textures. The oysters are plump and juicy. An optional limey and spicy chilli dip is provided on the side. The fried oyster omelette tastes not bad.

Fried Hokkien Mee.

The fried hokkien mee features a mixture of thick mee hoon and yellow noodles, wok-fried with egg and simmered in a broth. Prawns, sotong and pork belly are added to the dish, and served topped with crispy pork lard and a piece of green lime on the side.

The prawns are decently sized and taste fairly fresh, the sotong is soft, and the pork belly is soft and meaty with some soft fatty bits. The fried hokkien mee is firm and springy, with a moist texture and flavourful flavours. It tastes not bad too.
