Fried Oyster Omelette

This fried oyster omelette has a slightly crispy egg and starch mixture but is mostly soft and moist. It has quite decent flavours. The oysters are fairly plump and juicy. Comes with a limey chilli dip. This fried oyster omelette is quite alright.

Fried Carrot Cake

The fried carrot cake uses soft radish cubes pan-fried with eggs and chye poh. The white version is done flat pancake style with a slighty crispy egg coating. The black version has sweet black sauce added to it, but can’t really taste any sweetness. Both are topped with chopped spring onions. The white version of fried carrot cake is definitely the nicer one of the two.

Fried Kway Teow

The fried kway teow comes with see hum and fish cake added to its wok fried mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles, bean sprouts and egg. It has a dry texture with a hint of sweetness. The fish cake is firm and savoury, and the see hum is decent. Quite an alright plate of fried kway teow, but there are plentiful of much better options in the vicinity.

Fried Hokkien Mee

The fried hokkien mee comes with prawns and fish cake. The usual sotong and pork belly is missing. A mixture of yellow noodles and thick mee hoon is wok fried with some bean sprouts and egg. It is simmered in a broth, giving it a wet texture. There is a slight hint of prawn flavours in the broth but it is not exactly flavourful. Both the prawns and fish cake are just regular tasting. Green lime and a limey chilli paste is provided on the side. This fried hokkien mee is just decent.
