Fishball Noodles

Blue Dragonfly Minced Meat Noodle does minced meat noodles and fishball noodles with the usual choice of noodles. Shown here is their fishball noodles with mee pok chosen as its noodles. This bowl of mee pok comes with fishballs, fish cake slices, fish dumpling and fuzhou meat balls added as extras.

The fishballs and fish cake slices are nice springy and smooth with a light savoury taste. The fish dumpling is decently smooth too and tastes nice. The fuzhou meatballs has very nice meaty and savoury flavours and comes with a minced meat filling inside. Lovely.

As for the mee pok, it is springy with a seasoning mixture of vinegar and chilli with lard bits. No bean sprouts though. Tastes nice. Comes with a small bowl of soup on the side with nice savoury and peppery flavours. This mee pok is very likeable.
