Hainanese Chicken & Chicken Cutlet

The hainanese chicken has soft, tender and moist meat with a soft and smooth skin. Tastes rather nice but the meat is not completely deboned though. The chicken cutlet has a crispy breaded crust with soft juicy meat and nice savoury flavours. These are served on a plate with some cucumber slices and a faintly sweet tasting soya sauce seasoning.

The accompanying plate of rice is firm and decently flavourful. The soup is nicely flavoured too. Comes with the usual limey and garlicy chilli sauce as well.

Both the hainanese chicken and chicken cutlet are quite likeable.

Roast Chicken

Noodles is available as an option too. The noodles is firm and springy with a soya sauce seasoning that tastes very mildly sweet. The roast chicken is meaty and moist with rather flavourful skin. Some vegetables are served on the side with a topping of fried shallots. A bowl of nicely flavoured soup is provided as well.

This serving of roast chicken noodles is decent.
