It is slightly salty with just a tiny little hint of sweetness, and a bit dry. A more intense taste and a little bit of oil would have been nice. Chwee kueh is a very simple food. Basically chye poh is the essence of a chwee kueh. Unfortunately the chye poh here can’t make it. This is just average.
