Fried Kway Teow.

Cai Mao Fried Kway Teow dishes out fried kway teow featuring see hum, fish cake and lap cheong slices in its wok-fried mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles.
The see hum is of decent size and taste, the fish cake is soft and springy with a pleasant fish taste, and the lap cheong is soft with a sweet taste. All these are wok-fried with a mixture of kway teow, yellow noodles, bean sprouts, egg and crispy pork lard.
The fried kway teow has a nice fragrant scent. It is springy with a dry texture, and it is flavourful with a very subtle hint of sweet and smoky notes of wok hei. It tastes good!
