This is a really tasty plate of fried kway teow. It is mildly sweet with excellent flavours and lots of cripsy pork lard. Contains see hum, lap cheong and fish cake slices. Very good! Definitely one of the best around!

This is probably one of the best salted fish fried rice I had ever tasted. This fried rice has very nice flavours and dry texture. Even with egg and bean sprouts added, the rice still retains its dryness. Lap cheong slices and slivers of crispy salted fish are added and fried together with the rice. It is nice that the salted fish remains crispy after mixing up with the fried rice. Really shows how good a cook the stall owner is. When the fried rice done, lots of crispy crunchy savoury silver ikan bilis are added, almost covering the entire plate of fried rice. The contrasts in textures, crispiness of ikan bilis mixing up with softness of fried rice is somewhat like a perfect odd couple. Definitely an excellent choice!
