This fried kway teow is on the sweeter side, with its sweet taste coming from the sweet black sauce added during its stir frying process. The texture is good with springy noodles, and the flavours are good too. It comes with generous portions of see hum, lap cheong slices and fish cake slices. It is good value for money and quite nice.
