Hainanese Chicken & Chicken Cutlet

The hainanese chicken is soft, smooth and meaty with a nice soft and smooth skin. Some bones are still attached. The chicken cutlet has a nice crispy breaded crust, is meaty and quite flavourful. The thai sweet chilli sauce pairs rather well with it. If you don’t feel like having thai chilli sauce, lemon sauce or mayonnaise is also available for the chicken cutlet.

These slices of chicken meat are served on a plate of rice that is firm and flavourful. A bowl of nicely flavoured vegetables soup is provided on the side. A garlicky and spicy tasting chilli sauce is available as well.

This serving of hainanese chicken and chicken cutlet rice is nice. I quite like it.

Roast Chicken

The roast chicken has smooth and moist meat with rather flavourful skin attached. It is not completely deboned though. These are served on a plate of firm and flavourful plate of rice with a bowl of vegetables soup served on the side. A garlicy and spicy tasting chilli sauce is available as well.

This plate of roast chicken rice is not bad too.
