Mee Hoon Kueh.

The mee hoon kueh features prawns, minced meatballs, sliced mushrooms and vegetables served in a bowl of flavourful soup and topped with crispy ikan bilis.

The prawns are rather large and tastes fresh, while the meatballs are soft with nice meaty flavours. The mushroom slices are soft, and mee hoon kueh is firm and springy.

This bowl of mee hoon kueh tastes nice.

You Mian.

The dry version of you mian features prawns, minced meatballs, sliced mushrooms and vegetables, topped with crispy ikan bilis. A small bowl of flavourful soup is served alongside.

The prawns are rather large and tastes fresh, the meatballs are soft with nice meaty flavours, and the mushroom slices are soft. The you mian is firm and springy, and tossed in a black sauce seasoning with a mildly sweet tone. A couple of sweet and limey chilli paste are topped on the noodles.
