He Jia Huan Ban Mian Mee Hoon Kway

does a selection of ban mian, you mian and mee hoon kway. Decent.

Mee Hoon Kueh

This mee hoon kueh is made to order. It is firm and springy, served in a nicely flavoured soup that has a peppery taste. It comes with some vegetables, some ikan bilis, pork slices, minced pork ball and a raw egg.

The minced pork is meaty with nice seasoning flavours. Likewise for the minced pork ball, it is soft, meaty and flavourful. The raw egg is cooked in the hot soup and has a nice soft texture. As for the ikan bilis, it is savoury tasting and crispy. This mee hoon kueh is quite likeable.
