Marbled Beef & Char Siew Wanton Mee.

The wanton mee features marbled beef, char siew and fried wanton served with tossed noodles and some vegetables. The soup wanton is an extra add-on.

The marbled beef is thinly sliced, meaty and has a hint of smokiness. The char siew is tender and meaty with some soft fatty parts and sweet caramelised sides. The fried wanton has a crispy skin wrapping a soft and flavourful meat filling, while the soup version has a soft skin. The soup provided is tonkotsu-flavoured and tastes nice. The firm and springy noodles is tossed in a pleasantly flavoured seasoning sauce with crispy pork lard. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be included on the side.

This serving of wanton mee tastes good, especially its char siew and wanton. I truly enjoyed it.
