Fried Kway Teow

Cockle Fried Kway Teow is a popular stall dishing out fried kway teow. This fried fried kway has a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles wok fried using pork lard with some bean sprouts and egg added. Some see hum, fish cake and lap cheong slices are also included.

This fried kway teow uses a mixture of more kway teow than yellow noodles. It is soft and moist, and nicely flavoured. The see hum is smallish in size but still decent. The lap cheong is firm and sweet and the fish cake is soft.

This plate of fried kway teow is good. I like it.
