Fried Kway Teow

Soon Lee Fried Kway Teow dishes out fried kway teow containing see hum, fish cake and lap cheong slices. The see hum is rather plump and tastes decent. The fish cake is soft and smooth, and the lap cheong is firm and sweet.

The mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles is wok fried with some bean sprouts and egg. Some sweet sauce is added, however it does not coat the fried kway teow completely and there are still some white strands of kway teow. Nevertheless, the fairly firm and springy fried kway teow still tastes nice with a mild note of sweetness.

This plate of fried kway teow is nice. I like it.
