Fish Soup

Creative Cafe Fish Soup serves sliced fish and fried fish soup with the usual choices of noodles or rice. Shown above is their double fish soup with yee mee.

This double fish soup comes with sliced fish, tomato, vegetables and a bowl of fried fish nuggets on the side. Milk is added into the soup giving it a milky hue.

The fish slices are just ordinary tasting ones. The yee mee is fairly springy, and the soup has decent savoury flavours. As for the fried fish nuggets, these are freshly fried to order. It is crispy outside and moist inside, but it is a bit bland and can taste its flour batter.

Don’t get me wrong. This fish soup isn’t lousy. It is just rather ordinary.
