Fried Kway Teow

Cuppage Fried Guo Tiao serves fried kway teow with the usual see hum, fish cake slices and lap cheong slices wok fried in a mixture of yellow noodles, kway teow, bean sprouts and egg with sweet black sauce added.

The noodles are springy and the kway teow is rather smooth. It is slightly moist and sweet from the added sweet black sauce, and the sweet tasting lap cheong adds to its sweet flavours. The fish cake is soft and springy, and the see hum is decent.

This is definitely a lovely plate of fried kway teow. I like it.
