Fried Kway Teow

Dong Ji Fried Kway Teow dishes out fried kway teow with nice wok hei individually one plate at a time according to your order. Seen here is their option with prawn, see hum, lap cheong and fish cake slices stir fried with kway teow, bean sprouts, spring onions and egg. As for as I can tell, there is no yellow noodles included.

This plate of fried kway teow stir fried with crispy lard pieces has a nice dry texture, lovely flavouring and wok hei. The prawn is decent and the lap cheong slices has a sweet taste.. The fish cake is soft and savoury, and see hum is of decent size.

This is definitely a lovely plate of fried kway teow. I like it.
