Old Airport Road Food Centre Singapore

51 Old Airport Road Char Kway Teow

dishes out the usual fried kway teow. White version is available too. Decent.

Fried Kway Teow

51 Old Airport Road Char Kway Teow dishes out fried kway teow in either the regular black version or white version without sweet sauce.

This fried kway teow’s mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles has more kway teow than noodles. These are stirred fried with see hum, lap cheong slices, fish cake slices, with egg, bean sprouts and some vegetables added. You can also request to have some crispy lard pieces added on the side.

The regular version of fried kway teow has sweet tastes coming from the added sweet black sauce. The white version skips the sweet black sauce and missing its sweet taste. Both versions are decently nice.
