Satay

Fang Yuan Satay serves nicely grilled chicken and pork satay with a cup of satay sauce on the side.

Both the chicken and pork satay are nicely marinated and are flavourful. The satay are nicely grilled with just a little bit of charring. The chicken meat is soft and the pork meat is a bit firmer. As for the satay sauce, it is thick and nutty. It pairs really well with the satay.

This satay is rather good in my opinion.
