Fat Fat Food

does the usual black and white versions of fried carrot cake. A truffle oil version is available too. Tastes good!

Fried Carrot Cake

Fat Fat Food serves the usual white and black versions of fried carrot cake. The fried carrot cake uses firm cubes of radish cake pan-fried with eggs.

The white version is done flat pancake stype with a crispy egg coating. The black version has sweet black sauce added. It has a nice sweet and smokey wok hei taste. They are served with chopped spring onions topping and a dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste on the side. Both versions are nicely flavoured and likeable.

Truffle Oil Fried Carrot Cake

Fat Fat Food also serves something uncommon – truffle oil fried carrot cake. This fried carrot cake has a nice scent and light flavours of truffe oil. It has a crispy egg coating covering its firm radish cubes. Topped with chopped spring onions and a dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste on the side. Only the white version of fried carrot cake is available with truffle oil.

This plate of truffle oil fried carrot cake is good. I like it. Recommended.
