Fishball Noodles

Fatt Noodles does self made fishballs, meatballs and fish cakes with choice of noodles. Shown here is their mee pok with fishballs, meatballs and fish cake.

This bowl of mee pok is the dry texture type with a very nice savoury tasting seasoning. It is springy with crispy lard pieces added and topped with chopped spring onions. A whole piece of fish cake is included with the noodles.

The fish cake is soft and smooth with a mildly chewy skin. Likewise for the fishball, it is soft and smooth yet slightly firm and springy. Both are really nice. As for the meatball, it is soft and slightly springy with nice meaty flavours. Comes in a bowl of nicely flavoured clear soup with some vegetables and chopped spring onions. This is surely a highly satisfying meal for me. One word. Lovely!
