Porridge

Fei Lou Porridge does porridge with an assortment of ingredients like pork, fish, chicken, etc. Shown here is their chicken porridge. This porridge is smooth, cantonese style with slices of white chicken added. The chicken meat is tender and very smooth. Comes topped with crispy deep fried mee hoon. May not be as nice as the ones in Hong Kong, but still fairly good in Singapore’s context.

Macaroni

Besides porridge, Fei Lou Porridge also serves macaroni with a choice of ingredients. Shown here is their meat ball macaroni with nicely flavoured soup. Meat balls are springy and savoury. Quite nice.

Fried Mee Hoon

Porridge and macaroni can be rather light and not filling enough. You can add a plate of fried mee hoon on the side. This fried mee hoon has a nice dry texture and tastes decently well.

Boneless Fried Chicken Wings

To me, the highlight here is actually their fried chicken wings. Juicy flesh, crispy skin and nicely flavoured. Best of all, it is deboned. My star goes to this. Highly recommended!

Fried Fish Skin

The fried fish skin is quite good too. It is crispy and light with a slightly savoury taste. Definitely good for snacking.
