The fried pieces of yong tau foo are refried and served separately to maintain their crispyiness. The fu chuk and fried bean curd skin are both crispy. The fried bean curd with fish paste, tofu with fish paste amd flat fish cake are all crispy outside and has a soft, smooth and flavourful fish paste. They all taste nice!

The fishball is soft and smooth with pleasant fish flavours. It is served in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup, and soya beans can be added into it according to your preferences.

For the laksa, its gravy is rich and flavourful with strong coconut milk flavours and a mild note of spiciness. The tau pok has a springy fish paste filling and it soaks up the flavourful laksa gravy. The flat fish cake with tofu skin is very soft and smooth.
