Fried Rice.

The fried rice is wok-fried with egg and chopped spring onions with a sprinkle of pepper added. It has a nice dry texture and pleasant flavours. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added to the side.

The chicken chop is meaty and juicy with a crispy crust and skin, and glazed with teriyaki sauce. The silver fish is crispy, and the luncheon meat is the chicken meat version.

All three fried rice options taste not bad.

Chawanmushi.

An optional chawanmushi can be added on as a side dish. Its smooth steamed egg contains sliced mushroom, small shrimp and meaty chicken meat. The chawanmushi tastes not bad as well.
