Fu Cheng Redhill 85 50’s Teochew Minced Meat Noodle does a selection of fishball and minced meat noodles. Above is their fishball minced meat mee pok with extra meatballs added. This bowl of mee pok comes with fishballs, slices of fish cake and minced meat. A bowl of soup is served on the side.

The fishball is soft and smooth. The fish cake is firm and springy. Both has nice fish flavours and tastes savoury. The minced meat is soft and meaty. The meatball contains some mushroom bits, is firm and meaty with savoury flavours.

The mee pok has nice seasoning flavours. It is a bit soft but still fairly springy. Comes with some pork lard and chopped spring onions. A bowl of clear savoury tasting soup is provided on the side.

This serving of fishball minced meat mee pok is a rather decent one.
