Minced Meat Noodles

Teo Seng Minced Meat Noodle dishes out minced meat noodles with regular choice of noodles. Above is their dry version of minced meat mee pok. It comes with minced meat, meatballs and wanton dumplings, as well as a bowl of minced meat soup on the side.

The tossed noodles is firm and fairly smooth with decent flavours and contain some pieces of lard. The meatball is firm and meaty, and tastes decent. The wanton has soft skin with a flavourful meat filling that has a slight hint of pepper. The minced meat is soft and has a nice savoury taste.

On the side is a bowl of minced meat soup. The soup is very flavourful, containing minced meat and what appears to be a mixture of fried shallots, minced garlic and pork lard. It is nice!
